check out my April weigh in numbers http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/3226811-post2.html

and honestly, as bad as they are, I really think the fact that I kept posting here is a major part of how I turned it around instead of just giving up YET again.

And for the record, I was 220.6 today. Hang there, just stay on plan and the scale will start going down again!!

Mell: I know what you mean, but you have the right attitude to kick that pounds (and all those other ones too) to the curb!

MissKelly: Welcome! It's never too late in the month to join. I joined waaaay late last month and everyone here has been awesome and supportive. You're on a good team!

Diana, Peanuts & Cita....thank you for the welcome! I might be seeing the 60's soon again with the TOM around the corner unless I lose a few more before it strikes. Oh well. What will go up, will come down. I will be in the 220's soon just like the 3 of you.

Rooting everyone on, congrats on the losses made and losses to come. See you later at weigh in.

Calories for yesterday: 1689 Weigh In: 226.2 Down .4 Still up 1.4 pounds with TTOM. TTOM should end in the next day or so.

Today is DH and my appointments for our hair cuts. We always eat at a Japanese restaurant on that side of town. I really look forward to eating there once a month. The food is higher in sodium, so I may be holding on to some extra water weight for a day or two. Hopefully I will be close to my pre-TTOM weight by the weekend.

Gourmet and Rox - Congrats on the new decades, those are always fun. It always inspires me to be extra good for a few days so that I don't go back up into the higher decade.

Penguin - woohoo woosh!

Shy - I'm sorry it is causing you problems, but good for you for recognizing it. Everyone is different and maybe daily weigh ins aren't the way to go for you.

173 again today. It's annoying because I had an awesome 1,387 calorie deficit yesterday, but I also had a lot of sodium (4,946 mg), so I'll just be thankful I'm not up while drinking a lot today and expecting good numbers tomorrow.

I couldn't make it one darn day. I'm not going to MAKE myself weigh everyday though. I'm weak! I'm glad I did, I was very curious about things. I was down 4lbs of water weight today from yesterday. I know I didn't put 6lbs on this weekend and it HAD to be water. Hoping for another water drop tomorrow/Friday to put me back where I was, my rings are still a tad tight. I'm going to just go by how things feel and weigh again next week. Wednesday's are technically my official weigh in days

MissKelly - Welcome! You'll love it here

Diana - a japanese steakhouse crushed me, but they are so good!

Roxy - you are recovering from your surgery really well. keep with that water!

Shylah, yay for the water weight drop. You know, my fingers drive me nuts. I have lost 24 lbs. since I first got my rings fitted, and I'm lucky if once a week the rings feel truly loose. They are more often the perfect fit, but I go through day long stretches where they feel tight, sometimes easily pinpointed (not enough water, too much sodium) and other times for no apparent reason at all. I had to wear just my engagement ring the other day because I couldn't get the whole set on at all. The next day? They fit perfectly. Gah!

Penguin-yay for whooshes!

Mellington--Keep at it!

MissKelly--Wecome!

Rox--woohoo on the new decade!

Eliana--way to go, Missy! I go away for a handful of days and your ticker goes down down down!

As for me, All of that water weight and TOM weight went whoosh. I'm down to 215.4! Off to change my ticker!

MissKelly - Welcome!!

Mellington - It's being stubborn, but you're right, don't let it win!!

Diana - At least you're losing that bit you gained. It'll be gone in no time.

Fit - What a deficit! That sodium is such a killer!

PM - Ugh, stalling right before getting out of the 220s. I think once you're down to the 2teens you're going to be too stubborn to go back up. I hope so anyway!

Shy - I'm wayyy to curious to not weigh I'm glad you saw that bit of relief by getting rid of that water weight!

Eumie - Hooray for wooshing!!

As for me... I'm up a pound, 229.8 I know it's water weight so I'll be pushing the water today. BUT, it's still 220s

Gourmet Bean -

Isn't it nice when you are low enough that even the fluctuations keep you in your current decade? lol!!!

I'm not worried about being the same today, I just got down to 220.6 yesterday so this doesn't feel like a big wait to break 220. I know it will be soon so I'm not worried (not yet, anyway! hee!)

So, I guess yesterday wasn't a fluke on the scale, because this morning I'm going another .4 lbs to 222.8!
