Well, after 5 days of alternating between 224.4 and 224.6, Im at 224.2. Not much difference, but I'll take it. I think my body is finally saying "Whoooooaaaa! Hold up here! I do not like all this weightloss you have going on!"

I'm trying to decide if my back is ready to start doing Walk Away the Pounds again. I haven't excercised since I hurt my back in February (other than physical therapy), but I think I might try to ease myself back in.

260.6 this morning. I will NOT be mad if this trend continues and I'm firmly in the 250's by this time next week. Not even a little

224.8 again today. Zero loss. Who's surprised? Certainly not me!

Growl.

At least I didn't go up, which would have been true to my trend lately. I'll take that bit of optimism and will carry on to tomorrow.

Eliana I forgot to answer your post. Previously, I would have treat myself to something. This time my answer is no. If I really wanted some Mexican food, I would have something that was in my calorie range. I would not go over just to treat myself for losing weight. We know where that gets you.

Either my restaraunting has caught up with me, finally, or my TOM is getting to me, because I'm up a whopping 2.2 lbs. today to 218.6. I hope it's the latter. The former would be real fat gain.

Chouchoubou--congrats on getting out of the 180's!

Cita, maybe it's taking a pause as the weight train turns around to head back down??? That's my take on it.

Eclipse--good luck with easing into the exercise. WATP is a good way to do it.

Lottie--excellent loss!

I am finally on a losing streak! I don't know if it's the running or if it's the front loading of my calories, but I don't care. It's working!

You girls in the 170's, I'm jealous! Soon, soon, soon.

I'm down another .8 to 173 today, and that's with a really salty (though extremely low cal) dinner last night - I used canned beans and forgot to rinse them before adding them to the casserole. 1.2 pounds to go to get to my pre-surgery low, woohoo

Cita & Fit, UGH! Neither of you are gaining though, like both of you said. So at least you know you chickies can maintain? Not where you want to be maintaining though, I know. Hopefully today brought better numbers for you, Cita. I see Fit lost some!

Chou, congrats on the new decade!!

Mellington, it's always best to look at the whole picture, not just the daily. As long as the downward trend is down you're doing great.

Diana, the TOM always does such wacky stuff to our body. That 1.8 will be gone as soon as your week is over.

Eumie, you know you can't gain fat THAT fast. Restaurants = Sodium. Push the water and keep the good habits going. You'll be back down in no time.

Eliana, are you having an extended woosh!? Hooray!!

PM, you're so close to the 2teens!!! Keep it up!

I am down 1.2 from yesterday to 228.8!!! Hellooooo 220s! Huge surprise because my TOM is here. Usually I stall out during this week and then woosh afterward. Hopefully I still get my woosh! Hopeful thinking though.
