Scale reading was 259 this morning and I'm ok with that. I'm happy to be in the 50's still.

My weekend had no exercise, no calorie counting (but I did make good choices!), I did drink water but also consumed some rum goodness. To top it all off, TOM started on Sunday.

only being up .5 lbs from Friday makes me smile

Hey all! Ahhh what a busy weekend!! I can finally sit and breathe today!! I dont like to be to busy on weekends that I cant treadmill. Although, all the walking I did, should counter act that hehe. On Sat, we had a lacrosse game. Then went to this park that we wanted to camp at. So we hiked from the top, alllllll the way to the bottom to look around at all the stuff they had. Then on Sunday, we went fishing and my son wanted the "perfect fishing spot" so we had to walk about a mile and half in the woods to the water..ugh..it was VERY MUDDY. Then yesterday, my BF and I went on my daughters field trip to the State Capital building. We got to go up to the very top...which was 125 steps UP..I thought I was going to DIE! Seriously!?!?

So I havent weighed in all weekend. I think I figured out why I didnt lose..TOM!!! Stupid stupid stupid...Im soooo bloated , I feel like I could float!! So I think im going to work my tail off, and not weigh in till Friday. That way, Hopefully ill see some change, and it wont discourage me cuz with TOM, I know im up

We can do this girls! We are all making great progress Cant wait to make a 40's post!!

Have to get in shape for DISNEY!!!!

Is there room for one more? I recently broke into the 50's...just barely though! I am at 259.8. I came across your posts and can so relate to your struggles and successes! I am a calorie counter. I try to walk outside 3 times per week. I found a website (mapmywalkdotcom) that will give the exact distance for any route I put in. My walks usually are 3.2 miles which I am able to do within 1 hour.
Keep up the hard work everyone! The scales will show our progress!

Still at 259 today. I'll take it. Got back on the treadmill this morning. Did some jogging and some walking and hit 2 miles. I even made it to work on time.

How is everyone else today?

Wow Purple! You are doing wonderful!!
We are on a band trip with my younger daughter's band this weekend. I am trying to calorie count in my head for everything! I hope I am over estimating instead of under estimating! I did bring along some healthier snacks and a cooler full of water (along with my crystal lite flavor packets!) We are off to Six Flags amusement park today, so I am going to try to do extra walking! I am afraid of the scale on Monday morning!!

I remember going to Six Flags with my band in high school, I grew up in Illinois. I had so much fun!

Have fun Saks, hopefully the walking will help combat any missed calories
