Since I been there as well - I am here to help cheer you on to reach your goal as well! You can do it!! (ha that made me though of some adam sandler movies heheh)
Jacki- I have been working out 3-4x a week at the gym for atleast an hour. And I go for a walk every day either in the morning or night. My biggest thing has been dropping processed foods. The only processed food I eat is Special K crackers and Special K cereal. The rest is whole foods. I stay on the outside of the grocery store. Fruits, Whole grain breads, veggies, meats(pork chops, chicken, lean beed), eggs, milk(Skim). All I do is count my calories and make sure I don't eat bad foods. I was stalled for like 2.5 weeks, my weight just started moving again, thank God!
Kayhm0711, my lifestyle is just like yours. I workout every morning (I just started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, before that I was doing Slim In 6), and every night for 1 hour at the gym (alternate cardio and strength days). I calorie count and eat whole foods. This past week, I started the zig zag method, and added new exercise. Hopefully I have a great week, I can't wait to see the teens.
