I'm stil at 227...my body just seems to love the 220. When I lost 30 pounds 5 years ago, I plateued at 222...and never could get under. So the 220s freak me out. Come on body let the fat go already!!
I'm down to 222.2 this morning. I made it down to 221.8 before and then lost my focus and went as high as the 228s but I am determined not to do that again.
I started at 233 then made it to 225 . Want to see that arrow below the 220 black line by end of May. Watching portions ! No creeping back up.

Happy Mother's Day! 223 this morning, I was 221.6 on Friday... ummm, Im's soooo close I can taste it. Weekends are so hard for me, I'll be enjoying a nice meal tonight so I'm hope'n it won't tilt to scale too much!
These 220s will be the death of me. I just can't shake them! Why does my body like to sit here? I just don't get it, and its really frustrating me. I made it down to 222 in 06 and was there for 2 months, and ended up giving up. I don't want to do that again this time, but I am feeling frustrated...
Maybe after losing 13 lbs, you need to cut back a little? In WW, you'd lose 1 pt, approx 50 calories from having moved down over 10 lbs, because your smaller body requires a few less calories to perform the same functions.
I know the conventional wisdom around here frequently seems to be to increase calories but at least in my personal experience that doesn't work for me.
I'm holding steady at 222.2 today, which I think is good considering I had a carb- heavy day on Saturday due to not feeling well, and then yesterday, enjoyed some treats for Mothers Day. I was within my planned calories both days, but it wasn't the kind of food I normally eat.
Back to my usual today, and hoping to see some more forward progress!
Thanks Peanut! I'm thinking the biggest culprit is I stopped exercising last week. So I will start up again this week, and if I still don't lose, then I will have to evaluate a little more closely my food/calories... Thanks again though!
