Because I fly to my parents' house tomorrow for eight days, and I won't be 100% in control of my food while I'm there. I will be in charge of the choices I make, though, and of sticking to my workout routine. Even with Christmas looming I know I can come home lighter than when I left, if I set my mind to it.

I've come to stay with my parents and my mum told me I'd lost weight over the past 2weeks, I want to make them even happier by keeping up this loss.

I'm so gutted at the fact that my scales suggest I've put on 3lbs in two days!! So that's enough of overeating , and a return to my plan
I need to lose some of these extra pounds by NYE!

I will stay on my plan today because every journey begins with a step - in this case - with a day of food sanity. If I can get through today - I am hoping/planning to be able to get through tomorrow.
