Default So Done!!!!!!!!

Ok, I have been screwing around with this weight loss thing for FAR TOO LONG.

It's time.

I start RIGHT NOW. Not tomorrow. Right now, on Nov. 12 at 3:22 pm.

NO MORE TOMORROW.

This morning I consumed a pumpkin roll, and 2 strombollis. I am going to eat myself to DEATH. I am tired of it!!!!!!

Been there! If you're up for suggestions, I'm currently reading the Beck Diet Solution - it's not a "diet" really, it just addresses the mental road blocks that you might come across and how to deal with your own sabotaging thoughts and actions. You'll still need to figure out a way to eat healthy, but a lot of times people don't address the emotional side to weight loss and then once the discouragement comes, people don't know how to deal with it so they stop. It's happened to me so many times before.

Anyway, I'm still reading it, but so far the advice is, well, maybe it's a little obvious but the exercises are helpful.
