My body is changing so much that the brands and styles of jeans I used to wear, do not fit me right at all! Where do you buy your jeans? What kinds work best for you? I am in an 18 in Venezia jeans. They have a bit of stretch and I like that. But the waist is snug, the hips and butt are loose. I have curves, a smaller waist and a big preggo-type belly. Suggestions? Or do I just have to go out and try on jeans all day... ugh?

bargoo... I went to that site and filled out the questions, and then it wouldn't tell me anything unless I give them a credit card # and pay $20.

what a bummer. I have a huge pregnancy belly that never went away that just doesn't fit into any pants. For example, I took my daughter's size 10 pants and put them on and pulled them up, I was able to get them on and everything except there's no way I could get them buttoned because the huge extra belly goosh gets in the way. I'm wearing an 18 but they're loose, with a belt. I'm going to keep wearing them until they look stupid and then go to a thrift store and buy a size that doesn't look stupid, and then I am going to get to wherever my "right" size is, and then I am going to maintain for a while and get a tummy tuck, 'cause I should probably be in an 8 and weighing 165 or so.

I tend to have luck at Old Navy. They have four major styles of jeans and I like the sweetheart a lot...which works for my slim hips/thighs.

I really like Levi's bootcut mid-rise jeans. They've got some stretch and come up just high enough (right under belly button) to cover my ample tummy I just bought a pair in a size 16 and I couldn't be happier! Oh and they have a tummy slimming panel in them.. I loves that

I just bought a pair of not your daughter's jeans... super cute and terrific fit, but very pricey!!! Still, I love them!

I still shop at fashion bug. I also hAve trouble finding jeans to fit me right. Since I know I have more to lose I figure I will just wear something that mostly fits for now lol

I'm bigger than you, but i have good luck with torrid brand jeans and paris blues jeans. Being cut for a full figured teen means that they have slimmer cut butt and thighs, but give more room in the tummy.

I buy these and I love them I always had a problem finding jeans that fit right and most of the time if they fit length ways they were either too tight in the waist or too baggy in the butt.

Whereas I have the opposite experience with the Sweetheart cut, because of my ample hips. I'm an hourglass and I buy Lees at Kohl's when I can, though I try to thrift store shop for jeans as often as possible just for the sake of saving money. Going through clothing sizes so fast definitely isn't cheap.

My favorite jeans ever are from Maurices.

thanks for the suggestion on the old navy sweetheart jeans! I ALWAYS have a hard time finding jeans that button, but don't give me the dreaded "mom butt" and thighs. As I said, I have good luck with torrid and paris blues, but old navy is a cheaper option (considering I hopefully will continue to need to buy new jeans as I get smaller!!!)

I had to change brands when I started losing weight too. I used to wear Gloria Vanderbuilt jeans when I had more of an apple shape. Once I lost fifty pounds my waist slimmed down but I still had the thighs and hips. I've been wearing Lee jeans and sometimes Levi's. Mostly the Lee jeans, slender secret, I think they call them. They have the slimming panel in the tummy area. I really like the boot cut.
