New week, new lunch. I've gone with a simple wrap today. Tuna with tomatoes, pickles and a bit of salad dressing with lettuce and spinach from the garden. First picked veggies of the year!

Nectarine, raw carrots, couple slices of roasted turkey breast, jalapeno pepper with cream cheese. It was good.

I was in a mad rush this morning so I grabbed a frozen dinner - they're called Blue Menu, and super yummy! Chicken Cacciatore! and a bit of leftover salad and an apple

Feeling lazy today and it's warm out so I packed 4 oz of turkey breast, 1 slice of low fat cheddar cheese, 100g of cucumber slices and 100g of cherries. 258 calories. A nice munchy lunch good with a book (minus the cherries which are bleeding all over my fingers) I'll probably have a snack of some oatmeal or some jerky later depending on how I feel later this afternoon.

I had Tuna with a little mayo and spciy mustard on Whole Wheat Melba Toast and some carrot sticks. Yum-o!

Needed something quick, so cooked up a package of chicken noodles (the Lipton/Knorr ones) and added canned chicken for protein. High in carbs and sodium, but will be able to balance with dinner. Plus I drank vinegar water before eating the noodles so that I wouldn't spike my sugars with that much carb. Also made some green beans sprinkled with balsamic vinegar, but after the noodles I just wasn't hungry (the vinegar drink tends to cut my appetite, too), so I'll probably eat them later this afternoon.

RR? You and I. Soul mates. Now we even eat the same things at the same times. Scary.

1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1 boca burger, 1/4 slice bacon, all mixed up together and seasoned with tabasco sauce, cumin, salt, pepper, onion power, fresh garlic.

Followed by a snack of edamame a few hours later.

Yeah, it's a bit spooky at times, isn't it? But I really do get a big kick out of it.
