I eat my packed lunch for work throughout the shift, every hour or so. Today I've packed 3 nectarines (60 cal), a baggie of red grapes (200 cal), a stick of string cheese (70 cal), an apple (90 cal) and a 120-calorie box of cracker jacks for a treat at my last break of the night. I had a 400 calorie breakfast and expect to steam up some veggies when I get home from work, if I'm even hungry by then. Or I may just sip a light beer and go to bed.

those things! They're so delicious and so quick and so easy to pack in a lunchbox and you can eat the entire bag and it's only like 140 calories of yummlicious broccoli and cheese... mmmmmmmm
