Because my scale showed me a great number today. What I have started calling the "double drop"!
It's really happening. Not every monday morning will show me a 2 lb weightloss or even a weight loss at all (ahem, last week, when I expected to see 195 and didn't). But it is mornings like this that I get confirmation that it is really happening.
Because I got a great start to my morning with a 40-minute solo walk and a healthy, balanced breakfast, and I don't want to spoil the momentum. ONEderland by Christmas!!!
Because I got up later than I meant to today and I didn't get as long of a walk in as I wanted to, so I have to be careful not to go crazy with calories.
Oh, so many reasons to stay OP today, but the one I will mention is that my mom's back in the hospital for emergency hernia surgery this time (caused by her cancer surgery a couple years ago), and it's just a reminder that I need to be in the best health I can to avoid all the health problems I could be facing in the future.
my reason for today is that i know myself and my husband would like to have kids one day-and according to my dr that will not happen if i do not lose the weight plus..i wanna go shopping in a few months!
