I will stay on plan today because even though it's almost midnight, the reason I haven't worked out yet tonight is that we just spontaneously booked a trip to Paris for my birthday in October, and I really, really, really don't want to be an ugly, fat American. I mean, there's no way I'll be a THIN one by that time, but I'd at least like to think I can fit into the bistro seats and be comfy on the plane. I'm sooooooo tired. But I haven't worked out yet this week (I don't count movement if it's not specifically designed exercise, so while I walked plenty this weekend, it doesn't count toward my total), and if I miss tonight, there's no way I'm making my average numbers for this week. I wonder if I can sleep while biking
