i will stay on plan because tomorrow we are having guests and if i want to be able to have the granita i made for dessert i can't be eating any other extra calories...

I will stay on plan because, now, with this new way of eating I FEEL GREAT!! I absolutely LOVE to exercise now. I was dissapointed when my hubby needed me to get off the treadmill after 3 miles.
