I'm on the train, I have had a great op day so far, that means only about 2.5 days left, lol.

Good luck everyone,

I'm doing good so far, granted, hubby isn't home with whatever evils he has in store for me today, lol, but whatever it is, if I can't avoid it, I'll practice moderation, I did good with the last ice cream he got, I allowed myself 1 cup, and I spread it out over the day, in 1/4 cup servings... that way I didn't eat it all at once, then want more... I need to go do my tally for the day before hubby gets home, so I know what I have to deal with

Well so much for my burst of motivation before. I was doing real good until it was dh's night to cook. I came home from work to a nicely prepared Mc Donalds meal He's sabotaging me...I swear!

Well at the least I'm still under my calorie intake for the day, so I suppose it wasn't too horrible.

To make up for it I'm heading out for a long bike ride with my daughter.

Better luck to you all!

Day 2 girlies, how are we doing? I was about 300 cals short of my max... and only had about 3 bites of hubby's blizzard, counted it as 1/4 cup on my food diary... so far today, I've taken in a whopping 140 cals, ginger snaps, trying to get my belly settled, but soon I'll attempt a boca bruger and some raw veggies, so I can take my vitamins...even though I'm a bit sick, I'm going to try to get some activity in today, hoping that between the water I drink, and some activity, I can get some of this swelling to go away....

OI, day three... I had a buttload of ice cream yesterday, but it was about the only thing substantial that I ate, so don't know where I stand on that one, have to go add it all up, blah... I still don't feel all that great, but at least I got in a decent meal today, and so far it seems to be sticking with me... I'm back to making extreme changes, have to do SOMETHING... gaining again, and can't have that!

PNG - I hope you get better soon! What kind of icecream was it? Just wondering.. how many calories do you give yourself a day?

So far so good for the weekend. I am falling really short on water.. but have been op. I went over on Friday by about 4 points.. even with the excerise.

Tonight we are having chicken fajitas!!! my fav - diet or no diet! Tortilla, mexi rice, chicken, FF sour cream, salsa, and tons of red peppers and onions.. plus a tiny bit of cheese.

I work it out to 10 points for 2 really filling ones! The peppers and onions really make this filling. For desert - seedless watermelon

Tomorrow is weigh in - it's been two weeks.. I hope I come back happy.

Sandi - you go girl for being so darn honest!!! No way I could do that! Journalling is the key for me - I write it all down - even the monster point days!! I find that I tend to get back on track after that - as long as I journal. - or until the next time licorce calls my name!

Happy Sunday night! It's HBO night six feet under is one of my favourite shows

OK, yesterday was officially a bust, I was over by like 300+ cals
Oh well, I *suppose* I could count that as an off day, but that wouldn't make much sense on a 3 day challenge, huh?

The Ice cream was B&J's Conscession Obsession, I wanted just plain old mint ice cream, but hubby couldn't find it, so he grabbed the one with 5 kinds of candy in it, oi.... not like he had to twist my arm to eat it tho...

right now, I'm on a minimum of 1600 cals, and a max of 2400, that may seem high, but I'm in training for greco-roman wrestling, and at 2000, I was burning out fast... nice loss I had though...lol, so these next few weeks are an experiment, I started at maxing at 2400, and if after a couple weeks (gotta have a couple to make up for my junk fest a week or so ago...) there's no change, or I'm stoill gainin, I'll adjust it down by 100... not very good to do when I'm working on a goal, but I'd rather not meet goal than feel all burnt out, and then go on an eating rampage that makes me gain 50 pounds...lol

Well doing ok. Did wonderfully Saturday and really quite well
on Sunday although I had a small slip. I keep Schwans ice cream
bars, strawberry crunch bars for Mom, and and individual brown sugar cone lined with thick chocolate and the creamest ice cream you have ever eaten topped with chocolate and nuts. Hubby bought candy for he and Mom Peanut butter cups (one of my favorites) and kit kats(no big deal). He also decided to buy a very large bag of KC Masterpiece barbeque potato chip which I dearly love. I confess to being hot under the collar when he waved them under my nose and ate them with relish all the while making exagerated yummy sounds! I told him that was in no way funny.
Still I was really very good but the slip was a wisest choise of all the goodies the strawbery ice bars. Few calories, no sugar and while not quite OP I think the sweet need is satisfied. I can't bend yet or at least not much but today. I made up the hamburger patties for the grill ,and prepared the rest of dinner. Washed, dried, folded and out away four loads of laundry. Scrubbed out the kitchen sinks, bleached the sink pads, scoured the counters , rinsed and polished them. and all kitchen appliances, washed and put away dishes and so on. I have run around quite a bit. All in all not perfect but not bad.

Well, I *WAS* good yesterday, until hubby took me to the movies, and a late dinner of pizza... which all in all wasn't so bad, I was over on my cals, if I had left the soda alone at the movies, I would have been ok... with my pizza added into my total, I was 16 cals over, the soda pushed that up immensely oh well, at least I worked out, and will do the same today, no matter what!! if I get on track for one thing at a time, it's better than being totally off, right?

Hey all..looks like we all struggled a bit over the weekend. I wasn't perfect, pretty much walking the fine line. But I feel good..it wasn't nearly as bad as it has been on the weekends lately. I think the weather is helping me to avoid the foods.

Pam.. I can't believe you let your dh bring that food into your house!!! It's amazing that you didn't kill him!! and to bring your favourites in to..

My dh is doing the program with me.. even if he wasn't I do all the shopping.. I mean ALL of it. He has NEVER stopped anywhere to get anything - it's strange but if he wants something (food or otherwise) I do it for him. He won't even order a pizza by himself. I hate to say this but when I went to my gf's for the weekend (3 hours away) I made up all of his meals for him and he never left the house. - It has some good points and some points to him being like that.

This weekend went pretty good. Not amazing. But I did stay OP - Just! But as Jenniffer said - much better then previous weekends! Thanks PNG for the thread - we needed it
