I will stay OP today for the same reason as yesterday. I will NOT let all this PMS bloating get to my head!! I know it's just water and not real gains (because I've been totally OP), and I refuse to fall into the attitude of "Well, if I'm not going to lose anyways, I might as well just binge!" No no no NO. Hehe.
I will stay on plan today, even though we're eating out, because weigh-in is tomorrow. (I've already decided what I'm having at the restaurant. Hopefully I stick with it.)
I will stay on-plan today because I've already lost 2 lbs since the last time I weighed myself, despite eating tons of sodium and PMSing this week! Yea! This really motivates me to keep going...
