I will stay on plan today because dh is being wonderfully supportive! That's a NSV ! He can see that I am trying and being sensible about it. Staying steady on plan is my best way to keep his support.

I will stay on-plan tomorrow because my muscles are ALMOST at the point where they're not sore anymore, so I'm hoping that I will have lost a lot of water weight by my weigh-in on Friday!!

I will stay on-plan today because after an endless string of "fat days" (feeling yucky and bloated beyond reason), I actually feel kinda pretty today. I want to be able to feel like this every day.

I stayed on plan today because I am truly sick of how much I've relaxed some of my eating habits in the past month or so. I need to kick things up a notch!!
