WTG planning again, JennyW! Good thinking.

I will stay on plan today because my concert is TONIGHT, and I'm wearing a dress that is somewhat formfitting (shows off my curves pretty well, if I do say so myself ), and there's a teeny tiny infinitesimal chance that this guy I really like might be coming... So just for today... "Healthy" reasons for losing weight be d*mned!! It's all about the vanity tonight!!

I will stay on plan today, because I am STUCK and do not want to sabotage my efforts by going off plan.

I realized that I have been at this weight for two weeks now (my stats are incorrect...I have not changed them...I am back up to 300 lbs without understanding why). It is really frustrating and sometimes I feel like crying. I want to get out of the 300s and stay out. Thus, sticking to my plan.

Normally, I would just say, "Well, I am not losing anyway, so why not just indulge." But I am committed in a way I have never been before.

Anyway, this is a great thread and it helps to have someplace to go to make a daily commitment.

One day at a time...

Have a great time at your concert tonight. I am sure you will look fabulous in your dress! And there is nothing wrong with a little vanity to keep you on track.

'Cause my weigh in is tomorrow (and I peaked at it today)...the scales have been kind to me! I can't wait to look again tomorrow and post a loss (finally!) after a 3 week stall!!

Great job! It's really hard to stay motivated, especially when you're doing everything right, but your body isn't cooperating. Stick with it and you'll break this plateau before you know it!!!!

I am staying OP because I am finally back below 180, but just barely, and I am determined to stay there this time.

(Also, I see my doctor again in a month and I want to be below 180 on her scale, too.)

I will stay on plan today because I want to start March in a positive way. Last month, I was holding my breath to see if I would meet my monthly goal. I like it much better when the goal is met on the first three weeks and any fourth week loss is a bonus.
