I'm staying on plan today, because I was disappointed in my weight yesterday. I was pretty inactive during my workday yesterday, and I'm blaming the LOW temps on not going outside and exercising. I only lost 0.2 pounds yesterday, which is ridiculous, since I'm still in the first weeks of losing. As big as I am, and as sedentary as I used to be, I should be dropping more than that each day, at least for a little while longer.
So today I am going to take the disappointment and turn it into motivation. I have the whole day ahead of me (dh is gone for the day), and I have a list of things I want to accomplish. I am going to stay active today and not become lazy.
