Welcome back! We're here whenever you need an arm to hold you up or a shoulder to cry on. No obligation to have to keep up with everyone as we all understand what it's like to be super busy.

If you trip and fall off the weightloss path, get right back up and there will be about 10 of us alongside you. So, keep checking back. I know I do because I keep tripping and falling and everytime, someone is there to say hello and answer my "help".

I too get overwhelmed, and then I leave, and then my diet and exercise fall apart too. I finally have come to the conclusion that I will lurk when I can, post if it really strikes me that I have something to add, and not beat myself up over not being able to read and respond to everyone. The beautiful thing about it here is that everyone is here when you need them, and only worry about you instead of getting mad when you're gone. I think I will join you in the babysteps... feel free to pm me anytime... we can do this.... My babysteps for the week will be drinking my water and eating a healthy breakfast.
