Staying on plan today because I was pretty lax yesterday at the lake and had a big meal out last night. Back on track today - nothing hurt. I'm on plan because I've discovered how to go off and THEN get right back on. How cool is that?

I'm on plan today for the same reason I've had all week....I want those 140's, and I have to be on plan to get there!

I'm staying on plan because today I return to school and afterwards will be returning to Curves after not seriously working out for over three weeks. I'm goin' to burn me some butter!!
OK, it's Monday morning. I'm hoping that by posting early it'll help my resolve to be on plan ALL day....and my reason is.....drumroll please....yep, you guessed it.....I want those dang 140's!
I'm staying on plan today because I passed the halfway mark and this is my first day not working. I have all the time in the world to get in my exercise, prepare healthy food, etc. Life is good!
I am staying on plan today because nothing is going to get in the way of my goal.I want to see 161 by the end of the month. I am losing slower- but maybe we can make the numbers work this time.
I'm staying OP today because I lost 3 pounds!!! I'm guessing it was water weight or because my TOM has ended, but who cares 3 pounds is 3 pounds, and I'm happy!!! Woohoo!
The one reason I'm staying OP today is I feel the 170's coming on soon. I can't believe that I'll be in the 160's soon after that. That will mean I'm at a normal weight. Looking forward to that day.
