Well, had a mini binge tonight. Not too devastating calorie wise, I stopped before it got too bad, but knowing I ate those calories out of emotion instead of hunger reminded me of how I got this way to begin with. Shaking it off, and moving on!

Last night was my "metabolism reset" free meal, but usually I don't take advantage of my free meal. However, I decided it had been a while since I'd eaten pizza, so I had three slices. It was delicious and I don't regret it, but today on top of everything my period started, and I am so bloated it's ridiculous. Eating clean all week!

My husband and I went out for our anniversary yesterday to Carrabba's. My dinner was healthy but we ordered a Tiramisu. At least we shared it!

Yeah...I guess I should get this off of my chest. I had 3 mini snickers bars today, McDonald's french fries, and a sprite. All of those are no-nos for me. And this is why I came here today, to get help and accountability!

Oh how I completely blew it yesterday. I went to visit my sister, which was my first big mistake! lol
I cannot seem to go to her house and not eat crap all day. I guess that's why I haven't gone there much lately. Anyways, off to the mall shopping and of course we got hungry at lunch so off to the food court. Chinese food. More shopping and more shopping and more shopping. Dinner rolls around......oh dear.....White spot triple O burger with cheese and two servings of fries. I know one day isn't going to blow it for me but I am so dissapointed in myself for letting me go back to my old ways.
I'm afraid this morning the only thing lighter is my wallet from all the shopping
