  • i felt skinnier today.. i know im not but i felt good for once to look in the mirror and say, wow iam losing weight.
  • I am feeling fat today think i have gain a pound or two....trying to be soooo good, No good grapefruit around only the thick skin ones....ughhhhhh
  • The good news is...I ate pretty good over the weekend, but the bad news is I didn't do any exercise at all! Ugh! Changing that today!
  • The boss over our entire dept brought us ice cream. Klondike bars covered in Hersheys chocolate and almonds! Yes, I ate one and it was YUMMY!

    Then I found the nutritional info and was surprised: 250 cal, 17 fat cal. So I adjusted the rest of my day to account for my splurge!
  • I confess that I am back losing weight again....really did not gain but.....losing yea!
  • My confession is I am going out for mexican for lunch....and will try to be good!!!
  • I haven't seen this thread before, but i love the idea! Confession is a good thing, so I will confess that even though I have been on SBD Ph1 for the last week, I did eat 4 of the Lindt chocolates from the box my DH's Aunt sent us. And 4 Sour Patch Kids that DS offered me. So even though I gave myself 7 smileys below, one of them is a lie. There! I feel better now that that's out! And the good news is, the kids polished off the rest of the chocolates last night, so no more temptation.
  • No confessions here - I'm been angelically good for the last 36 hours HAHAHA. Although.... seriously hoping I won't need to post here. Great post - I hope we all stay honest and post any setbacks, myself included
  • I ate 2 french fries and 2 cheese sticks...that wasn't on my PLAN today...but I'll still be within range.
  • I've been to busy to eat yet today. BAD! Need to go take care of that so I don't binge later...
  • I'm still in my jammies & it's 2:30 in the afternoon! Oh well, at least it's a calorie free transgression.
  • I haven't been writing down ANYTHING I've been eating, or keeping track of points for nearly 2 months now!

    JEALOUS. :-) I guess in our probation dept the whole drinking thing doesn't go well with work. lol

    My confession...

    Last night I made homemade pizzas for hubby and me. I made him pepperoni and I was being GOOD and only put a few slices on my pizza. I HEAPED peppers, onions, and mushrooms on mine and used WAY less cheese than my hubby's pizza had. I was like YES, this is delicious.

    Confession time... I ate the WHOLE thing. And when I was down to the last 2 slices, I KNEW I didn't want them but I RATIONALIZED it (don't you HATE that???) I said "Ugh--- I'm not going to eat this reheated tomorrow- yuck--- so down the hatch it goes!) The pizza amounted to 6 smaller "party pizza" sized squares.

    Definately went way over calories... which probably explains why I weighed in minus 5 pounds instead of the minus 8 I weighed on Monday. Sheesh.
