I also did a 20 minute Turbo Jam workout today.

Lisa - do you normally run outside or on a treadmill?

I did the 20 min workout yesterday - it was good! I really need to get ALL the videos! I have 3, and my friend is going to give me 3 more.

I am planning to go for a walk before work, for 1 hour again.

No no no! Pick one of the ones listed for the day. Well, when they list the sculpting ones, you can add a short cardio at the end if you like.

I've been lazy the last two days, but I'm getting my butt in gear today. Either walking or Turbo Jam.

Another 60 minutes on the treadmill. Tried to push it and keep my heart in the cardio zone a bit more...burned 55 more calories than yesterday. I'm gonna try to up the calories on the treadmill each day. Should be quite a challenge when those scales start to drop!

I don't have much time to get on the computer alone. I don't want my family to know that I've started "once again" I get to many questions like have you worked out yet? Are going to eat that? How much do you weight...then how much have you lost! The list goes on..and on... so please bear with me if I miss writing here and there. Your all doing really good keep moving!! Sending many many fitness vibes to all.

I always prefer running outside but sometimes weather doesn't permit or I have to wait on my husband at the gym anyway and they're doing all this construction near it so I can't run outside (ugh, I can't wait until they're done). I always like to do at least one treadmill run per week, though, because I use it to do speed intervals. It's easier to tell how fast you're going on a treadmill, obviously, because you set the speed. The rest of my runs are normally easy outside runs, and I try to do one "long" run on the weekend of at least 5 or 6 miles. That's a normal week, but it always varies. Oh, and I do one crosstraining day (the elliptical or a step aerobics class or video) and one day off.

Swimgirl, how often do you run? And I can't remember if you've joined the Cool Runners thread in the Exercise forum yet, but if not you really should! Lots of great inspiration there. Also, you should try logging your runs on runningahead.com -- that always inspires me because I can see how my mileage stacks up on a weekly and monthly basis.

Yay, I got my mojo back! Did TJ Cardio Party 1. Burned 460 calories in 43 minutes, and I feel 100X better.

Tiffany - I hope to hear that you've exercised today!!

LisaMarie - I pulled a darn muscle in my calf and am taking some time off from trying to run. I've been walking every day, and hope that helps in the long run with running. I was trying to get out 2-3 times a week, with going out for 6km's and running when my body felt ready to - I was pushing myself pretty hard but it felt good.

I am just about to head out for a 40 minute walk, and hope to do a Turbo Jam video later.

I mowed my lawn today, push mower, 60 minutes (includes sweeping the patio and front walk too)

The Firm video: 40 minutes

3 days in a row, I am getting back in the groove!

Nicki - good job getting into the groove! I have a hard time getting back into things after taking a couple days off in a row, but getting started is always harder than the actual exercise!

I did the Turbo Jam sculpt workout tonight, lots of lunges, and lots more squats. We'll see how I feel tomorrow, heh.

Ooo, Turbo Sculpt always kicks my butt. You'll definitely feel it the next day. Did you use weights? I started with 3 lbs but now I'm up to 5's. It's a great workout! I may even do it today.
