Welcome Holly!

Oh and Voodoo - the little coffee shop next to the Panida has great looking salads in their deli case with the dressing all on the sides. You just have to ignore the fresh pastries in the case next to them. I spotted them while shopping at crazy days this morning.

Breakfast: oatbran cereal (3), latte (2)
Kid food: anna's pbj tortilla (6), Wil's popcorn (3), bites of Wil's cereal (1)
kid food: bowls of anna's cereal (5)
peanut butter (2)
tofu stir fry (5)
27 points

This week in points 25, 33, 24, 42, 36, 39 (yes, I added a few this evening to the original 27). I may go insane being a single mom for 2 weeks. I can't wait until my DH gets home from Chili.

Hello everyone!! How are you all doing?? I went out to eat tonight with my family. It was the first time that I have fallen off the ww wagon. I started officially on May 19th. Today I had probably 10 pts. then for dinner I had fried catfish, popcorn shrimp, coleslaw and about 6 captain's wafer crackers. I still had 14 pts left for today plus my extra 35 allowance points so I guess I didn't do too bad. I came home and rode my stationary bike 30 miles so I probably burnt alot of my dinner off. Hopefully anyway. Tomorrow I will probably try to eat very light. We don't go out like that often so I figured what the heck. I just felt a little guilty because I am not used to eating like that anymore. I hope you guys have a great night and a wonderful weekend. I will talk to you guys tomorrow.

Wow pacemon, 30 miles??? How long does that take you? I brought up my recumbant bike from the basement, dusted off the cobwebs and rode 3.5 miles the other night...It about killed me! Mind you, I can ride a real bike forever, but those stationary ones are hard!
Today was a great day...Yesterday, well that's another story, I won't even post my woes.
L: Salad w/chicken and bbq sauce 7pts, fruit 1pt
S: ww yogurt 1pt
D: 94/6 hamburger w/lite bun and cheese 6pts, baked beans 2pts, corn on cob 2pts
S: popcorn w/oil 3pts
all my water, veggies, fruit, oil, milks.....and I worked out at Curves
I'm so hoping to be under 200 by Wed, wish me luck and pass on some of that will power dust!

I'm out of raw veggies... or actually i'm out of veggies period. maybe i'll go to the store tonight before bed. Being out of veggies is historically a recipe for being 5-10 points over everday until i get veggies back.

AJsMommy, It took me an hour to ride my exercise bike 30 miles. I don't have the tension set to where it is incredibly hard to pedal. I normally wouldn't have rode that long, but I had to work off that fried seafood!!!

Breakfast: Peanut butter spoon (2) and oat bran cereal with milk (3)

Lunch: small potato (3), cottage cheese (5), salsa (1), beans (3)

Snack: this and that (2)

19 points so far

then did pretty well at the big family BBQ. I had 4 oz (4)chicken, only 1 small rib (2), and skipped the potato salad coleslaw (made with real cream) and chips and dips. I ate a lot of pickles, said no to apple crisp with ice cream, but had two slices of grandma's bread (3) - no butter. And then some of the kids leftover chicken (2). 30 point day. Weigh in is tomorrow.

This week in points 25, 33, 24, 42, 36, 39, 30
giving me an average of 37.7 meaning I had all my extra points + about 26 past that.

This week I used 12.5 flex points and earned 6 activity points (I don't like to add them back into my daily pts.) I am really hoping that I can get myself to the gym more this week. Tomorrow dd has dance, so I know I'll be able to switch with dh and have him take the girls home while I stay there to work out. My goal is to get to the gym at least 3x's this week.

Hope everyone else is having a good day!

Congratulations Paige, that is fantastic!!!!

I forgot to post a NSV (non-scale victory) from last night...I went to see a friend of mine, to show her the tattoo I got last night...and I get out of my car and her first comment was "Wow, you look skinny!!" Mind you, she is 23yrs old and weighs approx. 110lbs. I felt so good yesterday, even before her comment, and comments like that, just keep you on track, make you want to continue and try harder because the compliments are coming, the loss is apparent and it feels great! I am praying to hit ONEDERLAND this Wed. at weigh in, and I'll be even happier if I hit my 10% which means I need a loss of 3lbs this week, prob. not going to happen considering last week was a 3lb. loss.
My day:
B: Multi grain light english muffin w/pb 3pts, banana 1pt
L: Red Fat triscuits 2pt, cheesestick 2pts, fruit 2pts
S: WW yogurt 1pt
D: pork chop 3pt, potato 2pt, corn on cob 2pt
S: Breyers light fudge bar 2pts, popcorn w/oil 3pts
23/26 (I'm having a hard time getting all my pts in this week)
