Morrigan my husband found some light Breyers ice-cream sandwich things (they look like the skinny cow ones) and there were points calculated on the box - 2pts per sandwich, just like the skinny cows. The box had vanilla ones and cookies & cream ones and they are YUMMY.

Start- 26pts

Dinner-Tacos made w/ground turkey- 9
Brown rice-3

Breakfast-PB&sugar free J on lite whole wheat-3
coffee w/ff vanilla creamer-.5

Lunch-leftover sloppy joe made w/ground turkey-5
bite of cake-3

Snack-thin sliced deli ham on lite whole wheat-2.5

Total-26pts

Yeah, it's easy to over eat on any plan, but counting points dinner-dinner just makes me a little more accountable. If I eat too much at night, I will be pretty hungry the next day! If I'm out of points in the afternoon, I know that I only have a few hours till they renew. For me and when my cravings occur, counting this way is easier.

Morrigan:

Thanks for showing me the Wendy plan thread. I think that I am going to try it. I've been pretty much sticking to my 24 points and like the rest of the other people mentioned haven't lost anything significant. I had that problem when I went to the meetings last year too. This plan makes sense to me. So I hope I am successful at it.

B - 1 Egg, Lite Muffin, Lite Butter, 1/2 C milk - 5 pts

L - Swordfish at the 99 Restaurant with 1/2 C Rice and some popcorn
points - ?

D - Half of a small pizza (3 slices ) 10 points - guessing.

No exercise today.

Hi guys. Morrigan, at least you are counting. I have been eating like it is a sport this week. TOM! I made choc. chip cookies yesterday. Had four for breakfast (this hurt my workout). Have had more since then. I have not been counting. Had popcorn at a movie yesterday so then I skipped lunch. Just not making good decisions this week. Here I go again up down up down. Don't know what my problem is. I should be motivated. I bought a pair of pants yesterday that were a size 12. I started at a tight size 20. Anyway, I am not feeling very positive today. Will close for now. HOpe to check in again today and a bit over the weekend. Good luck everyone!!

Yesterday I did well until dinner. The salmon I had taken out to grill for dinner hadn't thawed completely, so we ended up ordering gyros. 12pts! Which would have been fine - I had 12pts left for my day, but then I decided to have salad w/ ff dressing (1pt) and a skinny cow (2pts) So yesterday I was 23/20. Not too bad I guess. Could have been a lot worse.

Today so far:

Kashi Oatmeal - 2pts
12 oz skim latte - 2pts

Pria 110 cal bar - 2pts

FF Hot dog on bun - 3pts
carrotts - 0pts

That leaves me 11 points for dinner. Salmon is high in points, but if I eat veggies with it I should be alright. I want to make sure I leave 2pts so I can have an ice-cream after because it's been hot here today!

Happy Friday everyone!

Sounds like everyone is doing great!! I am sooooo glad its Friday!!! Maybe a little bit of a break. Today I went and got my hair cut and colored. I decided to go short and I really like it alot. I also went from blond to red with blond highlights. On occasion it makes me feel good to do something for myself. I just don't do it often. I went to a day spa and the stylist was telling me about some type of detox body wrap. He said that they wrap your body in some sort of seaweed stuff. I want to do that!!! Maybe I will reward myself in another 15 lbs. The stylist said that someone that got it done lost 11 inches off their entire body. (I am a little skeptical of that) I am sure that has got to be temporary loss of inches. Anyway, here goes my tracking..... breakfast-2 pks apple/cinnamon oatmeal/banana=5 pts. lunch-smartone/broccoli/carrots/sugarfree pudding=7 pts. dinner-chicken and veg stirfry/sugarfree pudding=7 pts. Total so far is 19 pts. I will probably use at least 3 more pts. I have not exercised yet. I am going to try my best to get on my exercise bike. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Hi there! Sorry to just barge in this thread, but it sure looked like a nice one and I'm excited about weigh in tomorrow.

I'm completing my first week with WW and tomorrow is my first weigh in. I've been sticking to my points and feel very happy about that. I haven't weighed myself at all, so now I'm feeling like tomorrow morning can't come soon enough.

I'm so curious! LOL

I've been reading through all the WW information here and I sure appreciate all of it along with the stories.

Hope everyone has a good night and a Happy Saturday.
