My weight finally decided to move a little. First it went up a pound, then rather than return to good ol' 153, it dropped down into 152 territory. That's a new low for me. Although last year, that was a new high for me.
I feel much better now on the way down, when I'm eating well and exercising often, than I did when I was on the way up.
