Yesterday was my day of rest. On these days it looks like I walk about 6,000 steps and I only burn 2250 calories. Since I still want to lose 2 lbs a week - I've got a long way to go - I dropped from my 1500 calories to 1200. The previous few days I felt hungry all day, yesterday not so much. I won't get into details, but I knew based on how much time I spent in the bathroom that I was losing weight.
This morning I woke up and was 197.0 I'm a solid size 14 now. I'm hoping around the 185 - 186 range I'll be in a 12.
