Unsurprisingly, I am still in the damn 190s… 191 this morning (no food/drink, but wearing sweats/undies/top). So super close, but still so far!
I need to weigh myself less going forward because I think I've dropped the "water weight" portion which always goes pretty quickly, and am now on "actual weight" which takes, of course, longer!
Maybe I'll make it a goal to only weigh in at night (clothed) until I hit the 180s that way, and then I'll be in the 180s naked in the morning as well. Does anyone else ever do that? I know they're not "accurate" readings, but I find they are less stress, since you know it's not exact, so you're just getting a bit of a range.
EDIT - Okay, nevermind. Apparently naked I'm 189.6! Adios, 190s!
