I'm new to the forum but I just started Weight Watcher's today and I weighed in at 197.4. I'm looking forward seeing this number drop fast!

<b>Paulitens</b> 192.2 is soooo close! I say a week to a week and a half you be in the 180s!

Last weight in was 198.0 -- I dont do my next weigh in until Thursday and I refuse to buy a scale because I don't want to become obsessed with it like I did the last time I lost weight.

Nicholsfamily1987- Thank you! I completely understand the obsession with the scale, which has always been a downward spiral for me. Are you doing Weight Watcher's as well or are you weighing in elsewhere?

Unsurprisingly, I am still in the damn 190s… 191 this morning (no food/drink, but wearing sweats/undies/top). So super close, but still so far!

I need to weigh myself less going forward because I think I've dropped the "water weight" portion which always goes pretty quickly, and am now on "actual weight" which takes, of course, longer!

Maybe I'll make it a goal to only weigh in at night (clothed) until I hit the 180s that way, and then I'll be in the 180s naked in the morning as well. Does anyone else ever do that? I know they're not "accurate" readings, but I find they are less stress, since you know it's not exact, so you're just getting a bit of a range.

EDIT - Okay, nevermind. Apparently naked I'm 189.6! Adios, 190s!

Hi everyone! I've been floating between the low 190's and 189. I'm hoping to change that in the next week. I'd love to be out and into the 170's for a change. Haven't seen those #s for a few years now.
