I'm kinda late getting on board, I think and I know I can't exercise as much as I would like to b/c of a sprained ankle 2 weeks ago. And I just started back on my plan Saturday and I am afraid of the scales since I spent the last 2 weeks not moving around much and eating more than I planned :-(.
Can I jump in anyhow and hope for the 180's by May 1 instead of a 10 lb loss? I will be doing just an hour of the WATP dvd, walking only, no sideways or excessive motion, just walking in place, on the days when it's too windy to go outdoors. Just a 2-mile should be okay. And on the nicer days when I can go outside, I can do an hour each day. If that goes well for a couple more weeks, I can do more, if not, then I have to slow down again. I don't think I am at 192 anymore, guessing a few pounds more than that. I need a successful start and even a few pounds in this first month will be a big motivator for me and then I can rock it in May and June.

Yes, of course! Everyone is welcome; the 10 pounds is something to shoot for, but it's a tall order for a lot of us, so whatever goal you want to make is totally fine. We'll all be here cheering you on!
