I agree, eggplant just doesn't do it for me. too mushy, I have only tried it a couple of times. Just because I should, it could be just the way I cooked it, who knows, maybe I will try again some day.

I fix eggplant parmegian(sp! ) and it is wonderful! The kids beg for it.

Now, I hate almost anything green: broccolli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, greens. . Can't do 'em. On the other hand dh loves them all.

Unhappy

The only vegetable I have consistantly hated is boiled/steam carrots.

Brussel sprouts -- just smelling them make me feel sick!

Cauliflower & beets... almost as bad, but not quite!

Okra, unless its in gumbo. You can pretty much disguise ANYTHING in gumbo .

Beets are the worst!!! bleck! I don't think even gumbo could help make beets tasty!

I LOVE vegetables in general, and even the ones I hate, I'll try again if they're prepared a different way than I'm used to.

Hated veggies: beets, rutabegas, turnips, sweet potatoes, brussell sprouts (GAG!), chick peas, black-eyed peas (that music group is cool, though )

I've learned to like cooked carrots... especially if they're cooked in honey and lemon juice! Really good! I've also developed a liking for asparagus, which is surprising. I used to turn my nose up at them, but now I eat them pretty regularly.
