I weighed in at 139.6!!!!! Down 4.2 pounds this week! AMAZING since I am so close to goal. I was up two pounds last week though, so the loss is probabky some of that.

Hello Ladies - I unfortunately gained weight (weighing in at 145 this time) which I attribute to the fact that the rain has kept me inside instead of outside. I do my exercising outside, and tend to sit on the couch and eat when I stay indoors... Boo. I need to get back on track! I want to get to the 130's!!!
Jillnicole- are you on any particular diet or do u count calories or do u concentrate more on exercise or what? What is your secret??

Ami12345.. I do mostly the McDougall Diet, he is a doctor that has a book, it is a very healthy vegan diet.. pick up the book.. it is a little boring but great information definitely!! I started curving the diet a little between the regular plan and the Maximum Weight Loss which is what I did the first 2 months straight.
I just got done making this deliciously thrown together meal. It was a quickie pizza since I didn't want to make dough or marinara. I just lined the bottom and sides of a cake pan with a large tortilla, spread a generous amount of marinara, mixed up a fast batch of cheese-less cheese sauce which was then incorporated into the marinara, and sprinkled broccoli & shredded chik'n cutlet on top. Tossed it in the oven for 10 minutes to get the tortilla crisp & shell like, & voila! Italian-style "taco salad".
I will look into McDougall for sure! I have been vegetarian since I read Skinny B*tch in September -- it's just so hard to live vegan! Especially with my husband and child around! ha! Anyway, I ran one mile yesterday (without stopping)! =) And had brown rice and stir fry veggies for dinner... and realized I was PMSing before so maybe some of my increased weight is from that... hoping it will go away in a few days... Was going to bike this morning, but it's awfully windy so I will most likely run this evening instead! Have a great week ladies ;-)
I am about the same weight. I am crabby so pretty sure I have PMS. No weight loss in awhile. I have been eating fat free Easter candy and laying around. My gym closed last week, so I go to a new one now and it is like going to a dance club compared to my old gym. This one has so much to do, all the bells and whistles, and I look forward to going. I went 5 days last week. I am looking forward to my weight going down accordingly, after that TOM.
