Okay I found my scale and I'm 143.8. Huh??? I have been doing well and staying OP, so I don't know what's up. I WISH I knew where my scale was on Friday because I was feeling so light, I know I was lower. Oh well. More loss for next week!

SO, this morning I woke up and my freaking scale is the highest it has been in over a year. I don't understand other than TOM is here and that must be at least part of the culprit!!! GRRR! I am so disappointed in myself for letting it get that high. I was disappointed enough when it got back over 200 but I was hovering around there and this morning it said 215!!!! WTF. I am losing the carbs for the rest of the week and going back to South Beach diet phase one( I have been in phase 2, but cheating some) I know it can't all be my fault because I have, according to the scale, gained 9lbs in less than a week. no more alcohol either- it sets off cravings and binges for me and I know that so I don't need to go near it for a while~!!! OK, sorry for the rant... I can do this!!!!!

JilliNicole The move was exhausting! But at least I was burning more calories. Luckily, my boyfriend moved all the heavy items. I am down .2 from yesterday--143.6. My goal was 140 by today--I didn't make it, but I sure was close!

Japan was amazing! I still lost a bit of weight, even though I was eating out everyday. I guess all the walking helped.

Where does the "challenge" part come in? Are we competing with other teams?
