Saturday none, Sunday none, Monday none...

Well, walking, and a little drunken dancing, but nothing I'd usually count...

I don't exercise on weekends, I should but with me doing 4 nights a week at the gym, plus trying to get into a yoga class on the 5th day I like my weekends to be as relaxed as poss.

Tonight I'm going to the gym for some more interval training on the treadmill with added walking lunge torture. I'm also going to see about getting my trainer to show me some squats to add to my lower body routine. Most of the plan he gave me focuses on upper body so I want to balance that out some.

Tonight's goal is 60 crunches on the stability ball. Oooh my poor abs are moaning at the mere thought of it.

Is it hot everywhere in England today? Kim and I cycled a 15 mile round trip to a nearby village pub that does good food - had a tuna baguette and a diet coke, and reckon I lost a couple of pounds of fluid because it was so hot and sweaty!

Having driven through most of it...

South Wales was lovely this morning. Up through Monmouth, past Malvern it was lovely. Hit the M5 and it started clouding up past Birmingham. At about Stoke it started raining, until just past Sandbach services on the M6. At Stoke services it was actually quite cold. Did my drop off at Manchester Airport and it had started to warm up again, but still a bit grey, coming over the M62 I ran back into glorious sunshine and ended up back in Leeds sitting in the garden.

Actually, I think that amount of driving must have worked my arm and leg muscles...

Hot today too!

Kickboxing class last night, am tired now. Want to go to sleep but must focus on staying awake at work! Hopefully weights tonight. Shouldn't be too much of a strain, there's only 4 or 5 exercises to do!
