How many calories do eat a day? Do you compensate for the exercise with eating extra on your walking days??
ty sarah and carol..........sarah i think i stick to about 1200 cals and on days im walking i stillstick to that but i eat more carb's i read somehwhere they are good for exercising, the only day i really adjust it is if im wanting a good drink and then ill have maybe 2 low days of about 900 before drinky nights although i amnt drinking as much as i used to which is helping too
Well done Kim...keep doing what you're doing Six miles walking...WOW! You are good, I am now up to two miles a night with Pen and Lew and I thought I was doing good....the dogs are well knackered when we get home though....LOL!
