So weigh in around this thread is on Mondays, eh? Hmmmm....I have been weighing in on Fridays, maybe I will switch to Mondays starting tomorrow. Depends on what the scale says tomorrow morning. :P It will be 2 weigh in days really close, but it won't really matter.

Bep ~ My normal weigh in day is Saturdays, but I usually just record it on Monday, but still do the actual weighing first thing Saturday morning.

Cristina--DH is back calm again and will be to the appt with the specialist when he gets himself worked up and tries to not go "because he's feeling better"

Sunny--we had baked chicken breast with citrus seasoning baked potato (i did the half too) and green beans. It was pretty good

Shawna--your meal plan sounds great--have fun at your workout!!

Michelle ma belle--here we are together again

Bep & Michelle--my weigh day was Thursdays --I say weigh whatever day is good for you and record it here on Mondays.

Good morning everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember Friday the scale hadn't budged? Well...I pushed myself hard this weekend and it worked! I have changed my weigh-in day to Mondays.

This week's weigh in...

I LOST 3 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jules - I love your siggy....I was complaining this morning at the gym about life not being fair - whay can't I eat treats wehenever I want waaah waaah

bep- an elliptical is a cardio machine - kind of like cross country skiing; designed to be non-impact yet a good cardio. Really works the legs and butt.

Katie--a good friend came up with that saying. I am one of those people that want everything to be fair and everyone to play nice and I get frustrated when things are so unbalanced. I think it's part of why I stay stressed!! Yay for your 2 lbs!!

to all those with losses today! Great job girls! I am down 2 lbs, isn't it so much fun to move those lil trackers down? WOOT WOOT!! Its freezing here today. AGAIN...grrrr cant wait till summer gets here.
