Hi Tillie this thread will still be here if you ever want to post. I will continue to post on this (dead) thread because it holds all of my stats and reminders that I can do what I need to do to get back to a healthy weight. Oh my I haven't posted here since the beginning of the year and it is now the end of the first half of 2013.
I was reading back on some of my old post and I was pretty determined to get healthy. This was all before I found out I have Type II diabetes and was put on two doses of Metformin a day. I have done really well eating wise following a cabbage soup plan and I plan to continue to do what I can to maintain this healthy way of eating. I have even decided to get back to exercising. I tried Leslie Samsone WATP and only got in 10 minutes before my thighs started to hurt. I'm really out of shape the good news is I weighed in today at 189.6 I don't know the last time I have seen the 180's. that they will stay a little while then leave

Well as of today I am back in the 180's for the forth day now. I must say it feels really good. I am eating on point but it may be due to the lack of money and food at this time. But it still feels good. I didn't think I would ever see the 180's for more than a day because I would always mess up.
I am hoping to see 185 this month and possibly get out of the 180's also. I haven't been exercising just doing low carb as my fbs have been ridiculous. The lowest I've seen is 140 or 143 and that was a complete shock. Gotta figure out how to keep it low and get it lower.

I only loss .2 for the month of August so really what I did was maintain. I need to start walking again so that I can really kick start my weight loss again. Hoping for a better month in September weigh in this morning 187.8.
