Hi everyone! I am a SBD restarter. I successfully did the plan 5 years ago and lost 40 lbs and then I had a few kids and added back all of the weight and then some. I am starting P1 today.

I look forward to chatting with everyone!

I was up and down all week - I went to a funeral on Tuesday and ended up eating a few things I shouldn't have after at a luncheon. I did work out more this week and if I can keep up the momentum, I should be down again on Monday. I need to follow the plan more closely - I may do a few more days past 2 weeks. Down 1.5 - that's it - but again I am sure I am eating too much cheese and need to watch my oil/fats.

I am starting sbd tomorrow. Just had a baby 2 moths ago, and I am ready to lose my baby weight plus what I needed to lose before.

I had a baby girl. Plus I have two others. I need to detox from all the sugar I craved while pregnant. Thanks for the welcomes.

Good morning everyone! I am now on Day 2 of P1. I did very well yesterday. Dh is very supportive in my desire to lose weight, so that makes it easier to do this.

tyeralona - CONGRATS on you new little girl! I, too, am a mother of three. I have found some challenges with trying to make time for myself with the three little ones at home. I am slowly trying to make sure I find time for myself.

momofsteel - A loss is a loss. Keep up the good work and remember we all have slip ups, we just need to be sure to jump right back on the beach.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Please remember that weightloss isn't linear. We didn't gain it in two weeks so it will take a while with some blips up and down. The 8-13 pound loss in Phase I is for folks with a lot to lose and for those who have not been on diets before. Be patient, Chickies.

Almost done with day 2 here and suprisingly I survived. Today was a particularly rough day, I was feeling overly tired, cranky, and just in a rotten mood. Normally that would mean eating all kinds of crap. I almost caved...I had a handful of Skittles in my hand but then I decided to put them back and chew on a piece of sf gum instead. Not quite the same but it helped. I am now looking forward to my sf popsicle after I put the boys to bed.
