UGH... sad to say that I'm starting phase 1 all over again, I caved to the cravings and had a bad few days... so tomorrow will be day 1 take 2. I WILL kick the cravings this time
Sorry to hear you had a slip-up oops...but you can do it! Have you read the "Prepare yourself to start South Beach" thread which is stickied on the main page of this forum? I think you'd find it pretty helpful if you haven't checked it out already. It could help you set a plan for pitfalls this time around.
I will be re-starting tomorrow I started without even planning to the past 2 days and LOVED how I felt on Phase 1 so have decided to commit to it from Sunday (tonight, Sat is my brothers engagement dinner). I always thought that SB would be too hard, too complicated . . . blah blah blah . . . WHAT PROGRAM DID I CONFUSE IT WITH??? Bcos its soooooooooooooo intuitive - love!
