I'm starting week 2 of P1. I've only lost about 3lbs on it. Body is really fighting me this time. I need to work in more salad and veggies. I think I am eating too much cheese. I start P2 early next week which I am looking forward to for the fruit. I did start running again....probably overdoing it but I do feel good. I think I lost some of the rolls on my back. Really need to focus on the weight on my legs.
