How and where I got the energy to get out there today I don't know tired when I woke up :hypno2:and after getting the kids off to school I got a late start, but still, I managed to get out there and pound the pavement and do my 4.5 miles in 52:15
Okay Kim I just did 1/2 mile on my treadmill.... We're on our way.....Come on gracious you can do it... Jump in here everyone and do 5 days of exercise.. Bet ya can't ha ha..
I am with you girls! I just did my 2 mile WATP tape. It was actually easy for me so that was a nice surprise after my sabbatical. Tomorrow I am going to haul out the 3 mile tape!
I did the WATP 3 Mile tape and I had a good work out with it. Made me feel like I had my body burning some calories there and that is always a good thing!
Okay, it's sweaty girl here reporting in after the 2-mile walk with Leslie. I fear I may drip on my keyboard. Yuck! But feel great. I tried to use those bands this morning, but they broke in the middle of the tape. Hmmmm. They are really old and probably a prototype of what she now offers in the infomercial.
I don't know what I did, but, I started out on my walk this a.m. and I could hardly walk. I must have pulled a muscle in my butt!
I was limping and could hardly move. I thought I was going to have to turn around and come home. But I kept walking. Jogging wasn't as bad as walking. Finally got to where I could half way walk right. I think I pulled something doing lunges yesterday. Got the 2 miles in and then did my back exercies with weights.
So far 3 for 3. We are just shakin off the pounds!!
Did the 2 mile WATP today with 3 kids along side. I worked a lot harder than they did, if I don't say so myself! I didn't think they were up for the 3 mile though and the little one didn't finish the 2...but I think it teaches them that exercise can be fun and is important.
