  • Just made a chocolate banana bread for breakfast.
    I liked it, satisfied my want for cake.

    1 Pkt Chocolate Pudding Mix
    1 Pkt Banana Pudding Mix
    1 Whole Egg (or 2 egg whites)
    1 oz non-fat milk
    2-3 oz of water
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tsp Baking Power
    2 tsp Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (or 1-2 tsp Splenda)
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    I baked them in a muffin tray for about 12 minutes at 350F. Yes it counts for 2 IP packets, but ate half for breakfast and will have the other half as a snack later
