So first week lost about six....last two week...no drop in scale....

I am staying off the scale this week...

I went to Vegas in July for 12 days...came home up 11 pounds...that is what I am working on losing right now...keep them on all summer plus another 5-6.

We are eating similar, except I don't have the extra snacks (except a hard boiled egg on busier days)....you workout harder than me...I just take walks and do light weights.

I ate a little off protocol...I was so bummed about the darn scale...so I ate a tbsp of peanut butter and put blue cheese crumbles on my chicken. Just did my calories on myfitnesspal and I was 1147....

As of this morning I am up about 7.5 of summer...

As of this morning I am up about 7.5 of summer weight and then another 7.5 to get to my goal weight (I had gotten comfortable above my goal weight over the course of my first year in maintenance).

Today is day 9 for me....I am feeling awesome today. Was in ketosis by the end of day three, but the energy really kicked in the last day or two. Feeling great and motivated.
