I never counted carbs, although I try to make right choices, so the carbs I do consume are from veggies and the like. the calorie counting alone is working, so I tend to concentrate on just that.

I went vegetarian 2 years ago, although it's not a diet, it's a way of life.... I also learned that you can indeed, eat too much still, so as far as the diet part goes, it is calorie counting.
