Ok what's GHG and I make my portions at night for work the next day I sit alllll day at work and run 1-3 miles 4 days a week, I don't have a food scale so I use my hand method and thank you ladies...

I just started WW again and I use a HRM cause I was counting calories and started running... I really like the idea of this active link but I don't want to have to pay a monthly fee for it :)

Can someone tell me why the grilled chicken salad is 6 points with NO dressing but...... Salad alone is zero and 3oz of chicken breast is 3 so shouldn't it be 3 points not 6 ????
