This is funny.... Because I just did this...
this past week... I went out on Wed night and overdid it at dinner... Which is not hard to do at a restaurant with a few glasses of wine...lol... Definitely went through ALL my pts. and the next day I was up 2lbs on the scale... But at my weigh in on Fri it turned out I was only up 0.4lbs for the week... So as far as I'm concerned that's basically staying same, which all things considered I'm happy with it... I really thought I did some
serious damage...lol...
But this coming week I'm really going to try to just stick to my daily's, spread out my weekly's, and only eat some AP's if I really need them... I've definitely decided that I don't want to make what I did last week a habit... Because something tells me I'll be showing more than 0.4lb gain if I do...
