I agree with starting out slow and C25K is great....

I agree with starting out slow and C25K is great. Right now you walk 5 mph which is faster than a lot of people jog/run.

So glad to hear a person doesn't have to do lunges for strong legs because my knees hurt when I do them also. Looks like I need to try and strengthen my knees first since I don't have knee problems...
