Hi Ladies! I am soooo exhausted today: ( I am glad it's friday : ) Had a bit of a slip today, went out to lunch (it was a pv day) and there was nothing suitable at all!! Should have had a soup I guess but ended up having chicken noodle dish (vietnamese place). It was great, but I was disappointed about my slip. Just pick up and keep on going I guess. Also I have been terrible at walking this week - partly I think as I am soo tired.
Hopefully things look a bit brighter after the weekend...
O2Bay, just get right back on the horse! I haven't slipped but my plan is throw in an extra Attack/PP day or two if I ever do, I think that would get you right back on track.
I was out of town for a few days on vacation with my son. I was determined to stay on plan and I did but it was hard to get enough on plan food at restaurants. The portions are designed to have side dishes, but most of the time, the sides were all starches, sometimes I couldn't even get a salad. So I'd be having this tiny little protein portion and that's all! I did end up eating some cheese that was on my chicken one time - I know it wasn't low fat but I was still so low on calories for the day, probably around 800 even with the cheese. not because I was trying to be, just hard to find food I could eat!
And we were also very active, so between the two, I'm down almost 3 lbs with another couple of days to go before my WI. I had originally set 20 lbs in 10 weeks as an initial goal, now it looks like I'll be there in 6 weeks!! So now I'll see if I can get to 26 lbs and get my first 10% down during this first 10 weeks.
Hi everyone, had my Week 2 weigh in this morning - I've been doing 1 pp/1 pv and I am down a further 4 lbs, that's 10 in total!!!!! Absolutely delighted

2 pounds in a week, but i didn't stick on plan 100 % . I am crazy busy and i cheat a loooot because of that ! that's why i'm posting like 2 weeks after . Hopefully I'll really get on track soon !

I'm still religiously committed to Dukan again, and I'm feeling good about my next weigh in Drinking loads of water and tea, and hoping for a good weigh in before TOM.
Hi all, I'm a newb to Dukan but I'm on day one of Attack and seriously struggling. I have a headache. I understand that the first few days will be the hardest and I'm doing everything I can to hang tough. Keeping myself busy, drinking plenty of water, and I did my 20 minutes of walking although I might do more later as I don't see why not and it'll keep me busy. I weighed in about four days ago for a challenge and have not been on a scale since then, so if I weigh in tomorrow I'll have a better base for how much I'll lose in my attack. I just don't want to see a higher number then I saw the other day.
