  • Hey!! Good news after gaining and losing the same weight all week (80.8 at the start of the week, then up to 81.5 then down then back...) Yesterday was 80.6 and today 79.8 :-)

    YAY!! I broke through the sub 80 barrier !! And ended up down for the difficult week. Makes it worth saying no to the pizza, coke and cakes.......

    Woohoo!!

    I am starting my cruise phase tomorrow and am so very excited to eat some veggies! The Attack phase went well and my only struggle is finding time to walk so I need to improve on that in a big way. Not sure what I have lost but will find out Tuesday. I only weigh once a week otherwise I obsess when I don't see daily changes. So glad to see so many on the Dukan adventure and I look forward to sharing my ups and downs of this journey. I'm sure hoping this will be the last of the diets I've tried over the years!
  • Hi all! I'm a Dukaner too, so thought I'd jump in. I'm on day 12 of the cruise phase, after doing 6 days of Attack... and I've lost 10 pounds so far! I have a ways to go though - 30 pounds more to reach my goal, so it's a long ride, but so far, so good.

    Cravings are pretty much gone, though occasionally a glass of wine or piece of chocolate craving passes by! Right now, I'm really missing fruit - summer fruit is the best! But those PV days - who would think you'd get so excited to have veggies?

    My only worry is a vacation we're taking next month to Maine to visit a friend - I know I'll want to eat some yummy stuff and drink a little wine. I may have to indulge just a *tiny* bit, but I'm committed to losing weight and the Dukan plan has been great so far.

    I was 140 lbs, lost 4 and gained them back. Although I do feel like im more toned than I was.
    Hey Fadoo79 ! Don't panic. In some cases it says you can gain a bit when starting the cruise, but you are gonna lose it afterwards .

    Hey jeannebeanie ! Welcome ! I weigh in once a week too ! I keep a calendar on the wall where i note the date and the loss. It keeps me on track!
