You'll find varying opinions on this throughout the boards, for sure, but I like Fitday.com as my calorie tracker. And yes, I track EVERYTHING (except water and a few exceptions that are so low calorie as to not matter, like water/tea/coffee, herbs and spices, etc).
My Goal Story (in signature) has details on my exercise and how it progressed.
You definitely can do this!

Just another note to say how terrific you look. What an inspiration you are to me!! I am at 277 lbs and need to be down under 200 for health reasons and my goal weight is 140 lbs. Just try my mantra "Every day ,in every way, I am getting healthier..." that is my mantra and my inspiration, especially when a favorite food or beverage calls out to me after I am full.

Beth - that's so sweet. I'm of the mind that 3FC has given me so much, giving back is the LEAST that I could do. And I like seeing people reach their goals...makes my day to see someone find success.

Spoz - you know, that's one of the greatest compliments of all (the maintaining part, not the hotty part, even though I like that too!). I love that I'm almost at a year of maintenance and still rocking this weight, keeping my healthy habits...makes me believe I can do it long term.
