You'll find varying opinions on this throughout the boards, for sure, but I like Fitday.com as my calorie tracker. And yes, I track EVERYTHING (except water and a few exceptions that are so low calorie as to not matter, like water/tea/coffee, herbs and spices, etc).

Just another note to say how terrific you look. What an inspiration you are to me!! I am at 277 lbs and need to be down under 200 for health reasons and my goal weight is 140 lbs. Just try my mantra "Every day ,in every way, I am getting healthier..." that is my mantra and my inspiration, especially when a favorite food or beverage calls out to me after I am full.
You have been such an inspiration to me AND one of the first to greet me here at 3FC. You look simply amazing and your generous spirit shines through here and in all of your photographs.

Spoz - you know, that's one of the greatest compliments of all (the maintaining part, not the hotty part, even though I like that too!). I love that I'm almost at a year of maintenance and still rocking this weight, keeping my healthy habits...makes me believe I can do it long term.
